American Express Travel, a division of American Express Company and also a founding member of the WTTC, is one of the only global multi-channel consumer travel agencies in the world. This year marks the centennial anniversary of the travel division which today provides online mobile and bespoke full-service premium travel and related lifestyle services for consumers and small businesses.
Claire has led American Express Travel for more than six years and is responsible for leading its global travel consultant servicing strategy, digital and social customer experience, preferred supplier programs, loyalty marketing, as well as customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
Claire has over 25 years of experience in brand management and marketing, general management, and finance. Prior to Amex, she held various marketing and finance leadership roles at Dell Corporation as well as Pepsi Co (Quaker Oats).
Claire is a member of the Board of Directors of Tumi, and has previously served on over six advisory boards in the mobile and hospitality industries. With a passion for harnessing the power of diversity in driving business objectives, Claire is currently the executive sponsor of diversity for American Express Company, and is an advisor to several women in business networks.
