Mr Barclay is CEO of Wildlife Reserves Singapore, which runs Singapore’s four zoological parks. He sits on the boards of Changi Airport Group, Sentosa Leisure Management and the Mount Faber Leisure Group.
Prior to joining Wildlife Reserves Singapore in October 2015, Mr Barclay was the CEO of Sentosa Development Corporation (2008-2015), the organisation that master plans, manages and operates Sentosa Island, Singapore. His earlier roles included being Regional Vice President Asia Pacific at the International Air Transport Association (2007-2008) and CEO of the airline SilkAir (2004-2007). Mr Barclay held various portfolios for Singapore Airlines in Singapore, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and the UK from 1991 to 2004.
Mr Barclay holds a Master of Science degree in Transport Planning & Engineering from the University of Leeds and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
